Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product with the engineering team
Assess business needs from internal and external stakeholders (freelancers and clients) and derive user stories from those
Act as Product Owner in advising the team, implementing new tools or methodologies to implement communication, teamwork and efficiency for each Release/Sprint
Research and analyze the market and market trends (Market and User-Research)
Own all product related communication with the help of marketing team
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends, make it happen!

An analytical mind that allows you to assess impact of feature deployments
You love and live agile software development and have profound experience in the use of methods like Scrum, Kanban
You have a high user focus and a portfolio of methods to help you identify the needs of your users
Strong communication skills, which enable you to present problems and technical issues in a target-group-oriented way when coordinating with clients, stakeholders and developers
An eye for the essentials, quick comprehension, clear communication skills and the ability to prioritise
